I've found that small changes make the biggest difference. I ask stronger students more challenging questions while giving extra support to those who need it. I also make sure everyone gets a chance to participate, not just the students who always put their hands up. It takes a bit more effort in larger classes, but it helps students feel included and more confident using English.
